We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Receptionist in our Darwin office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of calls, assisting the Customer Support team with general cargo enquiries and bookings, and preparing accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company requirements.
Additionally, they will provide general administration support to other departments, including filing, photocopying, word processing, spreadsheet creation, accurate typing, and processing.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, good administration skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, well-developed time management and organization skills, and be self-motivated.
You will also need good Microsoft Office skills and an open car license is highly desirable.
