Ideally based in Sydney and reporting to the Global Hotel Distribution Manager, you are a strong problem solver, thorough, detail-oriented and process-driven.

Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain and audit rate access codes and tables in the Global Distribution System (GDS) and POS tools for consortia and client-negotiated hotel programs Provide internal/external customer support and troubleshooting for rate availability, access and booking procedures for hotel programs in the GDS and POS tools, including the Corporate Hotel Platform Create rate loading instructions and distribute as required Assist with hotel program rate audits to identify technical errors such as incorrect pseudo cities, misspellings, mapping of access program table errors or omissions Maintain
