We are seeking a Project Coordinator (DTA QUT) to join School of Nursing, Faculty of Health.
The successful development and delivery of projects is fundamental to the productivity, reputation, and success of DTA. This position provides high level support in a range of areas for DTA's Changed Behaviour Program and to help facilitate the development of training and resources for the program. This includes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness throughout the project life cycle. This position reports to the Manager (DTA QUT) for career planning, development, and performance expectations. Interstate travel may be required.

What you need to succeed
* Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to a degree in relevant discipline e.g. nursing, allied health, psychology with significant clinical experience working with people living with dementia in a community, residential aged care or acute care setting.
* Demonstrated high level ability to manage complex projects including planning, delivering and evaluating outcomes within agreed timeframes and budget.
* Demonstrated experience in aged care or dementia focused teaching/training and developing teaching materials for online education and other forms of flexible delivery, and knowledge of adult education principles and practices.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write detailed program reports.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with individuals and key members of organisations.
* Demonstrated understanding of the issues influencing the aged care sector/or dementia services in Australia today.
