Job Title: Obstetrician and Gynaecology Department Head
Key Responsibilities:
• Work as a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology to ensure high-quality medical care for patients.
• Lead the clinical team, providing leadership and effectively managing staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop networks, both internal and external to the Organisation.
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal communication skills, and ability to negotiate and manage conflict.
Job Requirements:
• Registered Medical Practitioner registered or able to be registered in Australia.
• Recognised specialist qualifications in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical governance, continuous improvement, and quality initiatives.
