**The role and business**
You will have the opportunity to join a leading Facilities Management company in Southport. This business is innovative and strategic in its approach with a solid client focus.
Reporting to the Team Manager, the Customer Service Advisor is the first response to all incoming enquiries from internal and external customers and contractors. You will also:
- Action and manage client requests for the resolution of property concerns and rectifying of building faults
- lodge work requests
- have the ability to enter data and load job orders accurately

**_These position will operate on a rotational basis between the hours of 7am and 5pm_**
**What do you need to be successful?**
- Ability to work as part of a team and establish good working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Have professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent time management and proven ability to multi-task
- Have a "can-do" attitude
- Experience working in a customer service contact centre environment
