As an Apprentice Civil Construction – Plant with the Council, you will be involved in diverse civil construction and maintenance works, gaining valuable hands‐on experience under the guidance of highly skilled professionals. You will receive formal and on‐the‐job training to safely operate a range of construction plant and equipment such as trucks, rollers, loaders, and more. We will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a skilled operator, all while maintaining critical services that support your local community.

What We Need From You
* Completion of NSW record of School Achievement (RoSA) or pre‐apprenticeship
* Provisional or Class C drivers' licence by commencement of employment
* Interest and aptitude for plant operation and commitment to four‐year apprenticeship
* Ability to follow instruction and work productively as a member of a team whilst contributing to team goals
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated to succeed
