Program Coordinator Role
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Contribute to a positive work environment by modeling inclusive, respectful, and ethical conduct.
* Support the delivery of high-quality programs onsite, online, or in public libraries while meeting service commitments.
* Participate in teams to deliver programs and events while ensuring professional services to clients.
Key skills required:
* Developing and delivering activities according to program guidelines.
* Providing information and advice to the public about available activities and resources.
* Coordinating records management and maintaining databases and visitor information records.
* Supervising staff as required.
