High Street Builders is a boutique builder with a small, close-knit team, delivering Custom Homes and Development projects.
We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who takes pride in quality, runs a clean site, and can keep multiple builds moving smoothly.
You'll be responsible for a run of 10-15 homes across Central Perth and South of the River, working closely with our Director, office team, trades, and suppliers to deliver premium outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day site operations across residential builds ranging from $500k – $1.5m
* Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and inspections efficiently to eliminate project delays
* Manage site schedules, monitor progress, and report regularly to the Director and office team
* Drive quality control throughout the build and identify issues early
* Ensure rectifications are completed prior to practical completion and handover
* Maintain high site presentation, safety compliance, and WHS standards at all times
* Build strong working relationships with trades, clients (when required), and internal team members

About You
* Proven experience supervising residential home builds (Single & Double Storey)
* Have an existing trade base
* Strong ability to interpret plans, manage sequencing, and coordinate multiple trades
* Confident communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach
* High attention to detail, accountability, strong organisation, and pride in workmanship.
* Solid understanding of construction processes and WHS requirements
