The Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled Seafood Butcher to join our team. Flexible options available—casual or part‑time. You'll work with premium, fresh seafood, focusing on filleting, portioning, and preparing products for retail display. If you enjoy working with seafood and want to be part of an exciting new LK Hospitality project, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Fillet, portion, and prepare a variety of fresh seafood
* Handle premium produce with care and consistency
* Assist in creating clean, attractive retail displays
* Maintain a clean workstation and follow strict food safety standards
* Conduct daily freshness and quality checks
* Support stock rotation, daily counts, and minimise waste
* Work closely with retail and kitchen teams to keep operations running smoothly
* Engage with customers when needed, offering helpful product knowledge
* Uphold LK Hospitality's commitment to quality and presentation
