· Are seeking minimal engagement with participants
· Prefer "easy" shifts or spending your shift scrolling social media
· Are not available or open to a variety of shift types
· Are only interested in working in a SIL environment
· Are unwilling to maintain consistent communication with management and roster teams.

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and open-minded Disability Support Workers to support participants across Cessnock, Maitland, Newcastle, and Lake Macquarie. You will provide person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and choice.
Key Responsibilities
· Support daily living and personal care needs
· Provide high-intensity and complex supports where required
· Assist participants with mental health needs and behaviours of concern
· Facilitate community access, social connection, and meaningful activities
· Work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights

Essential Requirements
· NDIS Worker Screening Check
· Working With Children Check
· Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
· First Aid Certificate HLTAID011
· COVID-19 vaccination (minimum two doses)
