You will work within a collaborative team that enables a culture of support, using innovative, evidence-based skills and interventions to professionally assist individuals seeking help for alcohol and drug use. You will take a trauma-informed, respectful, person-centred approach, tailoring care to each individual’s needs. Central to your role is an individualized, holistic approach to care, incorporating comprehensive care planning to address the diverse physical, emotional, and social aspects of each person’s journey, supporting the young person and their family.
The alcohol and other drugs workforce operates with a strengths-based, flexible and open approach. We are an inclusive and committed team where staff are encouraged to bring their whole self to work. We are a diverse team reflecting the communities we support.
Join a supportive and professional team working with people requesting assistance with alcohol and drug use.
