The Opportunity


We are seeking a highly capable and professional Administrator to join our growing team.

This role is suited to an organised and proactive individual who enjoys operating at the center of a busy business and supporting day-to-day operations with confidence.

You will be the first point of contact for Mi Electric, while also providing broad administrative support across the business. The role offers exposure to operational coordination, fleet administration, procurement support, training coordination, and data management, making it ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation within a project-based organisation.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage the reception area and act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and subcontractors
* Answer and triage incoming calls and enquiries, ensuring efficient communication across the business
* Provide high-level administrative support to internal teams, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations
* Support fleet administration, including vehicle records, registrations, servicing schedules, and coordination with suppliers
* Assist with procurement and purchasing processes, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining supplier documentation
* Support with coordinating and maintain records for training, inductions, licences, and competencies
* Maintain accurate records and registers using Excel and internal systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
* Maintain a professional and well-organised reception and office environment, including stationery and supply coordination
* Assist with general administration tasks such as filing, document control, and data entry as required


Skills and Experience

* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and confident manner
* Highly organised with strong time-management and prioritisation skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Competent in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage registers, reports, and data tracking
* Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of administrative and coordination tasks
* Current valid driver's licence

Previous experience in administration, fleet coordination, procurement, or training support is advantageous; however, structured training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
