We're on the hunt for an experienced and passionateGeneral Managerto lead our vibrant pub venue If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and have a knack for leadership, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day venue operations with a hands-on, leadership-focused approach.
Manage, lead and inspire a team of 30+ staff across front and back of house.
Ensure a high standard of customer service and venue presentation.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage stock and compliance.
Drive revenue through engaging promotions, events, and community involvement.
Work a flexible roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Requirements:
· RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)
· RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
· RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)
· Proven experience in hospitality management
· Strong leadership and communication skills
