The role of Associate Director | Operational Risk - Equity Derivatives Trading is to provide expert advice on the end-to-end risks and controls environment. You will support and facilitate the continued improvement of processes, controls, and operational risk awareness and culture across our businesses. As a subject matter expert, you will partner with the trading desks and support groups, leveraging your expertise to develop a comprehensive knowledge of all processes to proactively manage operational risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* 12+ years of work experience in non-financial risk management supporting equity derivatives trading businesses.

* Previous experience in trading, compliance, and surveillance aligned to trading will also be considered.

* High achievement drive, with strong resilience and tenacity.

* A continuous improvement mindset and comfort in interpreting and balancing commercial issues within a risk framework.
">
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior business and risk colleagues to drive, challenge, and influence, as well as lead conversations regarding anticipated and emerging issues.
