The Role
is to deliver accurate and timely financial information to support the Institute's operations and compliance requirements. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information to support the Institute's operations and compliance requirements. Key responsibilities include:
Preparing month-end and management reporting
Assisting with external financial reporting and statutory obligations
Managing and reviewing accommodation contracts and related financials
Supporting the annual audit process and liaising with external auditors
Driving process improvements and ensuring best practice in financial control
About You
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can work collaboratively across finance and operational teams. To be successful in this role, you will have:
CA/CPA qualification
Proven experience in financial accounting, preferably within education, not-for-profit, or complex organisations
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
A hands-on, team-focused approach with the ability to meet deadlines
