About the role: Work on a mix of wills, estate planning, succession and estate administration matters. Advise individuals and families on asset protection and intergenerational wealth transfer. Draft wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney and related estate planning documents. Support clients on both straightforward and more strategic private client matters. Gain exposure to estate disputes, depending on your experience and interest. The ideal candidate: 3 years’ PQE in Wills & Estates, succession or private client work. Strong drafting and advisory skills across estate planning matters. Exposure to estate administration and ideally estate disputes. Commercial, empathetic and confident client manner.
