Lead Policy and Projects Strategist

About the Role:
* Develop strategic policy initiatives and advocacy approaches across housing, legal, and climate justice domains, in collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
* Oversee the Collaborate for Change project, working closely with sector partners and diverse stakeholders to enhance housing outcomes for regional renters.
* Represent our organisation in government consultations, sector collaborations, and media engagements, promoting our work and values.
* Manage strategic projects from inception to evaluation, ensuring community-led and evidence-informed methodologies.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across government, philanthropy, academia, and community sectors.
