 
        
        We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Accommodation Program Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Accommodation, you will be responsible for managing a range of diverse accommodation projects, building capability within our student residential community and working closely with stakeholders to implement changes.
You will contribute to enhancing life for students who reside at our accommodation through ensuring our students have an exceptional experience. You will also help develop support for students who are looking for off-campus accommodation options.
You will effectively manage a range of projects and be responsible for reporting activities relating to the University's accommodation portfolio. In this role, you will be involved in creating and implementing business processes and providing administrative and leadership support to staff members.
You'll work closely with internal and external partners including Student Life and Experience, Properties, Facilities and Development, Finance, and our valued accommodation providers such as UniLodge, St Catherine's College, and Agricola (Kalgoorlie).

 * A postgraduate qualification (or progress toward) with significant relevant experience OR extensive experience and leadership in accommodation or related fields.
 * Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
 * Experience with contract management, negotiation, and documentation.
 * Sound knowledge of financial and budget management.
 * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
 * Critical analysis skills and decision-making abilities.
 * Willingness to travel to regional WA, interstate and or overseas may be required.
 * Experience in student accommodation, contract management, property of facilities management within a tertiary education sector (desirable).
