Exceptional overtime rates, plus 13% SuperannuationOngoing training provided and advancement opportunities with career progression on offerSafe and friendly environmentWeekly payrollOngoing role with opportunity to go permanentResponsibilities of this role:Coordinate and delegate team by overseeing daily yard operations, ensuring safe and efficient loading/unloading, storage, and dispatch of scaffolding equipment.Monitor workflow, prioritise tasks, and adjust resources as required to meet delivery schedulesLead toolbox talks and reinforce safety proceduresFirst point of contact for yard crewMaintain a clean, safe, and well-organised facilityCommunicate effectively with management regarding stock levels, operational issues, and resource requirementsAssist with maintaining accurate inventory records.Skills, Qualifications & Experience:Forklift Operating experience with a valid LicenceStock control and logistics experienceExperience and knowledge of Scaffolding components is advantageousTeam Leadership experience is essential with safety leadershipAble to communicate effectively with other staff, delivery drivers, and site staffExperience in working under pressure and problem-solving, managing delays, equipment issues, or unexpected returnsReporting and Documentation with skills in completing checklists, incident reports, and stock records.Full Australian Driver's LicencePolite, attentive, punctual, and well spokenAble Drug & Alcohol ScreeningAble to pass a National Police ClearanceStudent Visas, Working Holiday, or Non-Residential applicants NEED NOT APPLYBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
