Site Operations Coordinator
Job Summary:
As a Site Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our operations. You will work closely with a team of Grain Handlers to deliver safe and effective services in grain handling, storage, and outload.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate day-to-day workflow and support the team in attracting, selecting, training, and developing permanent and casual team members.
* Develop and maintain relationships with growers, customers, local community groups, and internal stakeholders.
* Assist in implementing site budgets, participating in site financial planning, and achieving site targets.
* Support resource planning for grain receival/outload activities during peak and off-peak periods.
* Supervise a large seasonal workforce during busy harvest intake periods, including at multiple sites.
Requirements:
* Ability to coordinate workflows and manage teams effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with growers, customers, and stakeholders.
* Knowledge of grain handling and storage procedures.
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
