The RACV Goldfields Resort in the Ballarat and Daylesford region is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join their kitchen team. As a key support member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Main Responsibilities
1. Cleaning dishes and utensils, ensuring a hygienic environment for food preparation and service.
2. Moving stock and equipment as required, supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen.
3. Assisting with food preparation and presentation, contributing to the overall quality of our culinary offerings.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Prior work experience in hospitality would be advantageous.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, organization, and time management skills are essential.
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances are crucial.
* Familiarity with health and safety protocols, as well as knowledge of food handling procedures, would be beneficial.
