To support our growth, we are seeking expressions of interest for a suitably qualified HSE Advisor to join the Ausdrill exploration drilling team working in in WA on an 2/1 roster FIFO ex: Perth.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide support and guidance to the Ausdrill exploration drilling team in relation to safety and training management, ensuring the team maintains high standards across all locations.
Role responsibilities: Conducting field leadershipactivities in alignment with Ausdrill and client requirements.
Liaison with client representatives on safety and training related matters.
Engaging with the site leadership team to assist with incident investigations, action development and close out in a timely manner.
Coach/support the teams with hazard identification and risk assessments.
Champion the Critical Risk Management program Delivering effective training and VOC assessments in the field Assist with Fitness for Work testing (BAC, Drug and Hydration Testing) Maintenance of data and records across various internal and client management systems.
Develop, review and update site specific HSE manuals, policies, procedures, and management plans.
