Our client URGENTLY requires a Project Support Officer for a 12 months + Contract in Nerang.
The Project Support Officer will provide high level support services to Project Managers and team members on the road infrastructure projects. You will provide administrative and project support to enhance the timely and effective delivery of project/s, ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, organisational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
* Provide high level administrative support to project managers and team members, including coordinating team meetings and taking and distributing minutes.
* Prepare documents and reports, establishing and maintaining spreadsheets and registers and providing timely information, updates and presentations as required.
* Project support for financial approval documentation, contract administration systems and procurement related activities.
* Basic knowledge and understanding of procurement, with experience in procurement / finance in an infrastructure environment is desirable.
Government experience would be highly advantageous.
