Tastelife has a fantastic opportunity that has arisen to collaborate on both new and existing digital projects within our team. We are seeking a passionate, motivated Digital Support specialist to assist with marketing and implementation of digital health & wellbeing solutions to unlock digital efficiencies within our operations.
As a project coordinator you will be required to provide administrative support to the project team and site operations as required. You are required to work autonomously and be a strong communicator to ensure our sites reach digital expectations and maximise engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research new, market leading health and wellbeing innovation and create proposals and presentations for business review
- Lead key community experience projects in relation to retail and health and wellbeing
- Coordinate and lead nationwide fundraising campaigns across sites such as Worlds greatest shave, Movember, NAIDOC week etc.
- Manage all national sector specific fundraising data
- Sales tracking - manage project specific financials and budgets
- Contribute to change management processes and lead nationwide system training to teams onsite
- As required utilise software to create marketing collateral ie. Event posters for site distribution, must ensure brand compliance
- Analyse data and create site specific reports for clients and senior management
- Cross departmental collaboration on projects and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
