Capture photography and video of day-to-day bakery operations, products, and team moments. Edit and optimise content for social performance while maintaining the brand voice. Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and authentic manner Identify opportunities for user-generated content and collaborations. Support social media campaigns, product launches, store openings, and special events. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and store teams to align social content with broader business initiatives. Monitor performance metrics and provide insights on content engagement and growth. Recommend improvements to content, formats, or posting strategies based on analytics. Skills 3-5 years’ experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or similar business. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Basic photography, videography, and editing skills. Excellent creativity and storytelling abilities tailored for social media audiences. Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and execute content calendars. A proactive, social-native mindset with the ability to spot trends and act on them quickly.
