Our passion is to bring the dream wedding dress to our brides-to-be while ensuring they have a magical experience along the journey.
About the role:
- Work closely with director in business development
- Day to day store operations
- Team training and development
- Managing and consulting clients - styling, taking measurements, ordering, quality assurance, problem solving
- Drive sales & KPI targets
- Liaising alterations with contractor
- Store admin
About you:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Bridal or Luxury retail management setting
- Proven ability to drive sales while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Self motivated and success driven
- Well groomed and passionate about styling
- Excellent organisation & time management skills
- Patient and a great listener, with problem solving skills
- Enthusiastic, warm personality
