Key Responsibilities


• Manage incoming phone and email enquiries


• Assist with preparing documents, data entry, and general administration tasks


• Support brokers with renewals, client updates, and file maintenance


• Liaise with clients and insurers to gather information when required


• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly


• Prioritise daily tasks to support smooth workflow across the team


• Build strong internal and external working relationships

• Strong customer service or corporate administration experience, or a recent university graduate


• Well presented and confident in professional interactions


• High level of attention to detail and accuracy


• Strong verbal and written communication skills
