About the role
We are seeking a dedicated management rights couple to join our team in Maroochydore, Queensland. In this full-time 6 month contracted role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of our residential property complex, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and the maintenance of our high-quality facilities.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing the overall management and administration of the residential property complex
* Handling all tenant and resident inquiries, concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner
* Coordinating and supervising the cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the common areas and grounds
* Maintaining accurate records and financial reporting for the property
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies
* Fostering a positive and welcoming community environment for residents
What we're looking for
* Extensive experience in property management, ideally within the hospitality or tourism industry
* Minimum 3-5 years of property management experience is required for this position
* Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to the management of residential properties
* A current real estate licence is required for this role
* Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required
* Australian work rights are required for this position
