Customer Service & Administration Role
Kinetic is seeking two Customer Service & Administration Officers to provide exceptional service and support across our Launceston network.
* This role will involve being a friendly face for passengers, answering questions and providing travel information.
* You will assist customers with ticketing, reservations, and sales to ensure a smooth journey.
* Support our drivers and maintain the cleanliness of customer spaces.
* Handle phone and email enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
* Ensure cash handling and transactions are secure and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to queries and providing travel information.
* Process ticketing, reservations, and sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers.
* Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage cash handling and transactions securely and accurately.
What We're Looking For:
* A strong background in customer service, preferably in transport, retail, or hospitality.
* A proactive and hands-on approach, with excellent communication skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy, customer-facing environment.
* A reasonable level of physical fitness, as you may need to assist passengers with luggage when required.
* High attention to detail, especially with cash handling and reservations.
