Rather than focusing solely on operations, this role is about mentoring, developing and uplifting venue teams. You'll work closely with venues across the Gold Coast region, shaping high-performing teams, driving engagement and ensuring the group’s values are brought to life at every level. With a leadership team and Area Managers boasting 7–20 years tenure, this is a place where talent is looked after. It’s a role that suits someone motivated by opportunity, not ego or role titles. What’s in it for you? $130,000 - $140,000 Super $20,000 annual performance bonus. Full-time, permanent role | 40-hour week. Weekend support required, with flexible hours across the week. Work within Gold Coast region managing 6-8 stores with 30-80 staff per site. $5,000 monthly perks: fuel, staff recognition, team dinners, rewards & more. Be part of a business with 7–20 years leadership tenure. What do you do? Develop and uplift Restaurant Managers and in-venue teams. Drive a strong guest-first culture and team engagement across all venues. Support strategic development, coaching plans, and succession pipelines. Collaborate with senior leadership, data and systems to track and grow performance. Champion operational best practices and consistency across all touch-points. Support the opening of new venues and help embed brand values into each location. What do you need? Proven multi-site leadership experience for a minimum of 3 years (QSR, hospitality, or fast-paced retail environments preferred). A passion for people development and team coaching. Strong commercial acumen (COGs, labour management, performance metrics). A collaborative and humble leadership style. A proactive mindset and confidence working in a high-growth, performance-focused environment. Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Gold Coast venues.
