Compass Group is a world leader in catering and support services. We are currently seeking a **Full Time Facility Maintenance Coordinator **for our **Morrison Living **Senior Living sector. This position will work from our** Melbourne Site Support Office, **located in **Parkville**. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following.
**The Position**
- Manage the integrated facilities services provided on site
- Develop, review, evaluate and implement a tailored maintenance plan
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with client and employees
- Regular site visits across our Victorian senior living sites to deliver training to staff
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on financial, OH&S, client service and key issues on a strict timeline
- Adherence to health, safety, environmental and quality standards and ensuring policies and procedures remain updated
**The Person**
- Proven operational experience in Facilities Management and/or Healthcare environment
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes and procedures to achieve contract compliance
- Skills including report writing competencies, computer literacy and the ability to maintain high customer service standards and foster a positive team environment
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
