About the Opportunity
As we continue to grow, we have an opportunity available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a nine-month contract in our new modern office located at Norwest.
Reporting to the AP Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Processing supplier invoices & credit notes.
* Preparing payment plans and processing payments.
* Liaising with branches and suppliers and resolving issues.
* Building and maintaining solid supplier relationships.
* Ensuring supplier accounts are reconciled in a timely manner.
* Updating supplier database and assist with reporting.
* Scanning and file management.

About You
You will ideally possess the following attributes, skills and experience:
* A minimum of three years' experience in a fast paced, full function accounts payable role.
* Able to adapt to Accounts Payable modules across differing ERP systems.
* Intermediate MS Office and strong data entry skills.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and suppliers.
* Exposure to multi-branch network environment will be highly regarded.
