Purpose of the Role
To assist the Content and Editorial teams in creation and timely delivery of program release plans and schedules
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Assist the content managers inputting channel & streaming schedules, providing merchandising support as needed
* Collaborate with Acquisitions, Content Operations, Scheduling and Marketing on data accuracy, ensuring deadlines are met
* Maintain compliance tracker checks
* Support Content team to check and localise program metadata
* Track incoming content deliverables and follow up with stakeholders when required
* Support Acquisitions manager to coordinate Editorial screening feedback & maintain database
* Assist content managers on data reporting
* Ad Hoc content team support as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Exceptional organisation and administrative skills, with very strong attention to detail
* Previous experience using a suite of business and scheduling tools such as IBMS, Movida and Airtable an advantage
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* A love of TV and knowledge of British TV
* Collaboration with colleagues in New York and London will require some flexibility to work outside of normal Australian business hours.
