Key Position Overview
This is a pivotal role within our Operations Team embedding C4 product suite with the customer.
* You will be responsible for technical support, training, and providing advice to the customer on our C4 products.
* The position is full-time – Canberra-based.
We are seeking professionals to join our team. Reporting to our Project Manager, you will be responsible for technical support, training, and providing advice to the customer on our C4 products.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Installing, configuring, and supporting SitaWare in the customer's C4I environments for use in testing, training, exercise, and actual operations.
* Setting up and testing integrations between SitaWare and coalition systems, sensors, effectors, and communication systems.
* Conducting technical training of administrators and end users – both in classroom and workshop environments.
* Collecting feedback from the customer and feeding the learning loop, both internally and to the customer.
* Keeping up to date with our products to ensure the alignment of customer expectations and product roadmaps, maximising the value for both customers and our products.
* Participate in testing of beta releases, and C4I software improvement activities.
* Helping to ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope and on time.
The Skills And Experience We Are Looking For
* Certifications or training in IT, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields, or comparable technical military career.
* Experience delivering presentations, training, and technical support.
* Knowledge or experience in IT infrastructure and platforms (Windows, Linux Android-based operating systems, Active Directory, database management systems, XMPP chat).
* Knowledge of Australian Defence terminology, use cases, practices, and procedures.
* Excellent customer service and the ability to create trust with stakeholders.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with basic scripting (e.g. JavaScript, JSON, and XML) and hardware infrastructure components such as servers.
