Key Responsibilities
* Manage a high volume of face-to-face student enquiries.
* Provide exceptional customer support and service.
* Listen attentively to customer enquiries and provide advice and resolutions.
* Process a high volume of customer requests and applications.
* Engage and educate customers on services and options available.
Important details:
* The position may be rostered to work shifts in various locations north of Brisbane, with the requirement to travel if necessary.
* Applicants must be available to attend group interviews in South Bank and commence work on a specified date.
Requirements:
* Prior experience within a face-to-face customer service setting is mandatory.
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport are essential.
* Technical proficiency to quickly pick up new systems is required.
Location: Locations north of Brisbane. Initial contract period: 20/10/25 to 30/01/26. Remuneration: $36.45 to $38.90 per hour + super.
