The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the running and client management of three wind farms in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate a safe and inclusive working environment with strict safety protocols.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities and personnel performance.
Safety and Risk Management
The ideal candidate must have excellent risk assessment and mitigation skills to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
Responsibilities include maintaining safety KPIs within nominated targets and facilitating regular site inspections to identify potential hazards.
* Safety Protocols: Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Leadership and Team Management
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of site personnel and providing guidance on best practices and procedures.
Responsibilities include reviewing and approving time sheets for all site personnel under their span of control daily.
* Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to site personnel to ensure effective execution of tasks and projects.
* Team Management: Manage and motivate site personnel to achieve outstanding results and meet performance targets.
Clients and Stakeholders
The successful candidate will maintain regular contact with clients to minimize potential disputes and ensure accurate and timely reporting to agreed customer requirements.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing wind farm budgets in collaboration with immediate manager and subordinates and monitoring actuals vs budget.
