Our Client is a highly reputable Real Estate & Facilities Services business who have a diverse list of clients and assets under management. Capstone Recruitment is currently supporting them in securing a Facilities Manager for a mixed use Precinct in Blacktown.
Salary Package
Circa $125K including Super
Location
Based Blacktown onsite - parking provided.
Responsibilities
This is a traditional owners representative FM role, responsible for multiple buildings and surrounding grounds in a precinct environment. You will ensure
* building compliance
* management of contracted maintenance trades
Expected of you
We are looking for someone with two years upwards experience in managing non-residential base building assets including office buildings, shopping centres, industrial & logistics or Social Infrastructure assets such as community facilities, hospitals and schools.
You will have experience with
* work order systems and ideally FM databases
* technical (building services - Mechanical, electrical & fire) issues
* unrestricted work rights for Australia
