**Job Summary**
Essential Functions:
- Maintaining applicant flow logs and employment reports as required.
**Requirements**:
- Developing a diverse qualified applicant pool from various sources including direct sourcing, competitive information, cold-calling, web sites, referrals, job fairs, advertising, networking, etc.
- Meeting hiring manager requirements and recruiter needs.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience.
- Internet search and research skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
- Self-motivation with a history of high performance standards.
- Excellent communication skills for building productive relationships.
