About the Opportunity: We are seeking experienced diesel fitters to join our high-performing team at the mine complex. The successful candidates will have a minimum 1 year experience as a diesel fitter, valid right to work in Australia, commitment to safety, and strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance and servicing of equipment with a focus on screening and crushing plant, heavy equipment, and ancillary gear.
* Breakdown response and ad-hoc tasks as required.
* Facilitating positive interactions with on-site contractor maintenance personnel and leading work programs with varied resources.
* Working closely with the ROM/production operations team to maintain availability and production of equipment on site.
* Assisting civil and construction teams on mine site development activities.
* Reflecting and encouraging safety goals of the site.
* Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive continual improvement.
