The Opportunity
We are seeking qualified Plumbers to join our team at Olympic Dam. As a Plumber at MPS, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality plumbing work across a range of projects. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll ensure all tasks are completed safely, to the highest standards, and within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
· Industrial plumbing e.g. pipe fitting, poly & butt welding
· Mechanical plumbing e.g. threaded and roll groove machine and pipe installation
· Underground poly & mechanical pipe installations
· Operating machinery and MR vehicles
· Subsurface and suspended underfloor drainage
· First and second fix plumbing installations
· Domestic maintenance e.g. taps & toilet issues, blocked drains
· Commercial maintenance e.g. backflow testing
· Sufficient understanding of current plumbing standards and regulations
· High level Punctuality e.g. customer & client interactions
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* Trade Qualifications in plumbing
* Experienced across diverse infrastructure projects
* A positive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Nationally accredited Working at Heights and High Risk Work WP (above 11m) – or prepared to obtain
* A current Australian driver's licence
* A Construction Industry White Card
* Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical
