We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to manage event day staff, handle cash transactions, and maintain inventory in a fast-paced team environment.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing event day staff, interacting with customers, maintaining and controlling high volume food and beverage inventory, training and educating staff on responsible service of alcoholic beverages, enforcing standards for service, sanitation, and product quality, and conducting physical audits and research reconciliations.
