Restaurant Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced restaurant manager to lead our team. As a cafe manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring that all aspects of service meet the highest standards.
About the role:
* Manage a high-volume restaurant, leading a dynamic and motivated team.
* Perform all aspects of restaurant service, including running a shift, managing staff, and maintaining high standards.
* Create staffing rotas and manage all staff, ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation.
* Promote and market the business, overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
About You:
* You will have excellent presentation and professionalism, with great communication skills and honesty and authenticity in your approach.
* A solid understanding of food and beverages is essential, as well as a positive can-do attitude.
* You must be able to work flexible hours, consisting of both day and night shifts.
* RSA and relevant Business Management qualification or higher are highly desirable.
Pay: $73,150.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule: 10 hour and 8 hour shifts available.
