Why the role?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary with 3‑5 years’ experience to support our dynamic Sydney office. The successful candidate will be employed on a full‑time basis and will join our support team.
What does a standard week look like?
- Document management (organisation and filing of electronic files)
- Management of the billing process, including e‑billing
- Entering disbursements and sundry accounts (Elite3E)
- Client reporting
- Drafting court documents, filing, and arranging service of documents
- Arranging couriers
- Compiling e‑briefs to counsel and other experts
- Word processing
- Drafting, editing, and dispatching letters
- Drafting and submitting relevant Medicare / Centrelink forms
- Arranging medical appointments
- Opening and closing files
- Arranging interstate travel
