Talent Register Overview 
The Child Protection Frontline Talent Register is an online portal that allows you to register your interest for full time and part time opportunities that may be: 
- Fixed term/secondment up to twelve (12) months, or 
- Permanent appointments 
The register is actively monitored by managers to match applicants to available opportunities. You only need to register your interest once, and your application will remain on our jobs register for current and future opportunities. The benefit of applying through the Talent Register is that you can be appointed directly via a streamlined process as opportunities become available.

Potential roles and qualification guidance 
- Child Safety Practitioner (CSQ1) – $89,000 - $111,000 per annum. 
Roles involve working with children, young people and families who are vulnerable or in crisis to ensure safety and protection. 
- Child Safety Officer (CSU 2) – $79,040 - $100,880 per annum. 
A modified Child Safety Practitioner position for those without relevant qualifications. 
- Case Support Officer (OOU2) – $76,912 - $82,464 per annum. 
Supports Child Safety Practitioners by collecting, recording and analysing client information and engaging with families and agencies. 
- Family Support Officer (OOU2) – $76,912 - $82,464 per annum. 
Provides supervision and support to families and children to access Department and community resources. 
- Administrative Assistant (Level 2) – $76,912 - $82,464 per annum. 
Supports district office operations with high-quality customer service and administrative tasks. 
- Customer Liaison Officer (Level 2) – $76,912 - $82,464 per annum. 
First point of contact for community members accessing services. 
- Parent Visitor (OOU2) – $76,912 - $82,464 per annum. 
Conducts home and community visits to provide culturally appropriate support to Parents and Carers. 
- Best Beginnings Plus Worker (CSU2) – $79,040 - $100,880 per annum. 
Provides culturally appropriate parenting support to assist in family growth and wellbeing.
