In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, you will join the Wagga Business Banking team that's doubling down on customer obsession/moving with speed/keeping it simple/owning it/winning together.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
* Develop and manage a portfolio of key business/agricultural banking clients and referral partners
* Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your mature network of internal and external contacts
* Maintain and enhance your portfolio's credit risk profile while maximising profitability
* Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio
* Assume responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansion
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
* A well-established footprint as a business banking or relationship manager
* Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills
* Passionate about business development and credit risk management
* Proficient in business/commercial/agricultural practices, alongside business banking products and services
