Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, securing retail relationships, and developing collaborations that align with our mission to make plant care simple.
You will play a key role in prospecting and building lead lists, conducting cold outreach and follow-ups, handling sales and closing deals, managing CRM and data, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
This is a full-time permanent position based at our head office in Perth, WA, working closely with the founders and offering potential for growth into senior positions as we scale our business.
