About The Role
We are seeking a Medical Administrator to join our Mackay team on a full time basis. This is on a rotating roster with shifts varying between the hours of 6.45am to 7.30pm, with occasional weekend work required.
The team in Mackay are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team.
About You
o Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
o Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
o Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
o Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
o Professional personal presentation
