The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a 3‐6 month contract to support the delivery of key strategic initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery leads, and vendors, you'll play a critical role in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced environment, can quickly get up to speed, and is comfortable driving outcomes from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions
* Analyse and document business processes, requirements, and solution options
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables
* Support business case development and recommendations
* Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts across initiatives
* Partner with delivery teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation
* Support testing, validation, and quality assurance activities
* Use data to generate insights and support decision‐making
* Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption
Desired Skills And Experience

* Proven experience as a Business Analyst (minimum 3+ years)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
* Ability to work across business and technology teams
* Experience delivering projects and supporting end‐to‐end delivery
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving capability
* Comfortable working in fast‐paced, evolving environments
* Experience with data analysis and insight generation highly regarded
* Exposure to AI, automation, or process optimisation is a bonus
