Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Melbourne or Sydney Contract: 6 Months Industry: Critical Infrastructure About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading engineering organisation on a 6-month contract. This role will support two major initiatives: Application Control Implementation (Threat Locker) End-User Compute (EUC) Unification Program The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, governance and reporting capability, and experience working across complex environments with multiple stakeholders and vendors. Key Responsibilities Stream 1: Threat Locker Implementation Support Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to gather requirements for Threat Locker deployment. Document business processes, governance frameworks, and reporting structures. Facilitate workshops to ensure organisational readiness and adoption. Translate technical concepts into clear business requirements and actionable plans. Maintain accurate documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle. Stream 2: End-User Compute Unification Analyse current state and future state requirements for EUC migration and device rollout. Support planning and coordination of migration activities. Document processes, risks, and dependencies for project governance. Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business objectives. Track and report on progress, issues, and risks across the program. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale IT or infrastructure projects. Strong documentation, governance, and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience with EUC migration or device rollout projects (highly desirable). Familiarity with application control technologies or security frameworks (beneficial but not essential).
