The Position:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated ED Medical Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a staff member who thrives in working within a multidisciplinary team and will be committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values.
What we are looking for:
* Ability to provide administration services to medical staff in the Emergency Department & AHGP.
* Experience in Rostering / Scheduling is desirable (Kronos desirable).
* Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to manage several databases ensuring precise data entry.
* Ability to work autonomously (or in a team environment).
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proven organisational skills and initiative
* Demonstrated ability and commitment to uphold and promote the Ramsay Way core values.
